My invitation is not to fix yourself from the outside, but to listen: your emotions and inner questions can be gateways to greater kindness toward yourself.

My story
My journey began in Mexico City and brought me to Luxembourg, where I built a new chapter through loss, reinvention and the challenge of finding myself in unfamiliar circumstances.
I hold a degree in Marketing from Universidad Tecnológica de México and worked with companies including Tupperware, The Walt Disney Company Mexico and Levi’s Mexico — a foundation in strategy, communication and brands that genuinely connect with people.
In 2004 I began a profound path through meditation, Reiki and energy healing. In 2015 I founded A Magical Butterfly, accompanying hundreds of people through self-discovery and emotional transformation, including workshops for organizations such as the University of Luxembourg, Deloitte and PwC.
Philosophy
What balance means to me
Emotional balance does not mean never feeling sadness, fear or anger. It means developing a more conscious relationship with what we experience.
Energy work offers a quiet space for presence and personal connection — never a promise of a particular outcome, always with your informed choice at the center.
You do not have to become someone else to find balance. You can begin by learning to listen to and embrace who you are.

For many years, marketing and healing seemed like separate paths. Today they share one principle: understanding who we are, recognizing our needs and acting in alignment with our values.
Conscious Marketing supports expatriate women entrepreneurs with strategy and authentic communication. Emotional & Energy Healing offers Reiki, energy sessions and emotional accompaniment for personal transitions.
Not everyone who comes to me needs a marketing strategy — and not everyone needs healing. Both paths are essential parts of who I am.
